After a little break, Madeleine the Modern Ayurvedic, will be back hosting another day retreat with her yogic soul-sister, Genevieve Braund, from Green Door Yoga. As always, this event will combine the vedic sisters: yoga and ayurveda.
Held within the picturesque grounds of Seascape Retreat, Hindmarsh Valley, your day will include:
〰️ two yoga practices and meditations led by Gen,
〰️ two ayurvedic workshops by Madeleine that discuss core ayurvedic principles, building an ayurvedic daily routine, following nature's own rhythms, and understanding how this influences our own state of being.
〰️ lovingly made kitchari lunch (a gentle ayurvedic digestive dish)
〰️ ayurvedic teas and refreshments
〰️ views from the rolling valley to sea

Dress code // comfy, relaxed attire with room to move in. Bring your walking shoes to explore the property after lunch. Yoga/activewear is perfect.
