HEALTH CONSULTATION

Ayurveda's approach to health conditions is to consider you, the whole person, and your environment. We look at the qualities of your symptoms and how they relate to the qualities of the doshas. Together we will identify the cause of any imbalances, and put strategies in place to restore balance. 

Every session includes constitution typing (Ayurveda body type analysis) and in-depth assessment of your health concerns and symptoms. We will walk through all aspects of your physical, emotional and mental well-being, including diet and lifestyle.

Consultations can focus on:

• Digestive problems (IBS, constipation, acid reflex etc)
• Detoxification and rejuvenation
• Skin conditions

Custom herbal formulations are once-off remedies completely tailored to you by a Modern Ayurvedic herbalist. They are an additional $69.95.

Follow up consultations are intended to re-evaluate, re-plan, re-hash and are only available following an initial appointment. You may also be recommended Ayurvedic therapies to help with the management of your condition.
