The imprint of Ayurveda is sincere and runs deep. So much so that people touched by Ayurveda often find themselves wanting to study it. If that sounds like you, then take it from us, you had better strap yourself in.
We were once sitting where you are now, googling 'where to study Ayurveda in Australia'.
There are only a handful of institutions offering recognised courses in Ayurvedic Medicine. The Australian Natural Therapies Association maintains a list here.
Lucky for us Adelaide girls, one of these courses is in South Australia. We studied at Equals International Institute under a truly exceptional teacher; BAMS qualified Ayurvedic Doctor Dr. Bosco Paul.
We also spent our final placement together in Kerala, India. We have been lucky to have had such an extraordinary journey, and it is only the beginning.
