We’re all seeking more ‘balance’, but what does this really mean? Why is it that what balances one person may completely disrupt another? The ancient Indian science of Ayurveda has always known the answer to this lies within the knowledge of your Prakriti – your unique mind/body type. Your Prakriti tells us which doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), you’re most dominant in. These variations present themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually.
By knowing HOW we are different, we understand our universal strengths and weaknesses.
We begin to see WHY certain things affect us more than others.
We can then place WHO we are within it all; we can sync our internal and external worlds.
Recognising WHAT our early signs of imbalances look and feel like and adjust our lifestyle choices WHEN it’s necessary to do so.
So, what will students learn?
